In living in the city privileged to host these two mega events simultaneously four times, I can share it is a magical piñata of people watching and energy throughout the Valley. Like all piñatas, the fun also requires a community with sufficient patience and sacrifice to yield rewards for the greater good. In the case of the Waste Management Open, beyond the economic impact of 700,000 attendees, charitable contributions totaled $14.5 million. As a company, we had 20 professional golf tour events last year at our Troon facilities and I applaud the willingness of so many of our clubs to host these events along with all of the amateur championships. We anticipate approximately the same number of events in 2024 and I want to thank each of our club communities contributing their sites this year. Your willingness and patience to welcome guests to your club makes such an impact in our world and is greatly appreciated.
